For as long as I can remember, I’ve been fascinated by people—why we think, feel, and act the way we do. Personal growth and self-awareness have been a part of my life for many years, not just as a subject of study, but as a lived experience.

 

Alongside my own journey through challenges, resilience, and transformation, I’ve studied areas like positive psychology, relationships, emotional well-being, and therapeutic techniques. I’m also a proud member of the Complementary Medical Association (CMA), committed to safe and professional practice.

 

But qualifications alone don’t transform lives. What matters is intuition, empathy, and honesty—qualities I bring to every session. I don’t offer surface solutions. I guide you to uncover what’s really holding you back, so you can build stronger boundaries, release old patterns, and create space for the life you deserve.
