The "Setting Up the Goals" program is a transformative journey focused on identifying and overcoming the limiting beliefs that prevent individuals from reaching their full potential. This coaching program combines meditation, visualisation, and practical action steps to help participants break free from self-imposed barriers. Clients will learn to recognise the thought patterns and beliefs that hold them back, replace them with empowering mindsets, and take meaningful steps toward their goals. Through a blend of guided self-reflection, mindfulness techniques, and actionable strategies, the program aims to foster personal growth and ensure lasting change.

 

What the Program Includes:

Duration: 3 sessions (3h)

Focus Areas: Identifying limiting beliefs, meditation and mindfulness techniques, goal-setting, visualisation practices, and creating action plans.

 

Outcomes:
By the end of the program, clients will have a clear roadmap for achieving their goals, a set of tools to overcome self-imposed barriers, and a renewed sense of motivation and confidence.
